Skype consultations are now available to existing patients for follow up and check in consultations. Please contact Isabelle to arrange a time. |

More Information:
- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your initial consultation to fill out a brief health appraisal form
- Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, otherwise a 50% fee will still occur
- We accept EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard
- We offer HICAPS allowing you to claim directly from your health fund (depending on your health fund and level of cover).
This service will cease as of 1st April 2019 in accordance with Government legislation. Please check with your health fund as to when your cover will cease.
